jieet Platform Rules & User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jieet" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at jieet.io, including all associated web pages, features, products, and services.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to jieet and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and service partners.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jieet platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on jieet.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's jieet account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by jieet that are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be directly withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer game, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means the payment channels accepted by jieet for deposits and withdrawals, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, has been self-excluded, has had their account suspended or terminated, or is otherwise ineligible to use jieet under these Terms.

Access to and use of the jieet platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on jieet. This age restriction is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
• You must be accessing jieet from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino activities are not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through jieet's responsible gaming tools or mandated by any relevant authority.
• You must not have had a previous jieet account closed for fraudulent activity, terms violations, or suspicious conduct.
• You must be acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party when registering or placing wagers.

jieet reserves the right to decline registration or close an existing account if, in its sole reasonable judgment, a User does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in this section.

To access the full range of jieet products and services, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) jieet account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in delays in processing withdrawals or other account-related actions.
• jieet may, at its discretion or as required by its verification procedures, request supporting documents to confirm your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• jieet will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and contact jieet support immediately at [email protected].

All financial transactions on the jieet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made using the following Supported Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion or payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your jieet account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Mobile wallet deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within seconds.
• jieet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to fund your account (the "return-to-source" policy). jieet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used to deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day is subject to limits published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may not be able to process withdrawals until KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days.
• jieet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or terms violation.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the jieet sportsbook, live casino, and slots products. Product-specific rules are published within the relevant game or market and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed on screen. jieet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except where an obvious platform error has occurred.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may be adjusted by jieet at its discretion without prior notice.
• Winnings from sports bets will be settled and credited to your account balance once the relevant event has concluded and the result has been officially confirmed.
• jieet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an erroneously displayed price or odds, whether caused by a technical error, data feed failure, or human input mistake. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In-play bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving Bangladesh) are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Abandoned or no-result matches will be settled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Casino game outcomes, including live dealer tables and slot spins, are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software provided by jieet's game partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe). jieet does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Any bet placed using funds obtained through bonus abuse, arbitrage, or in breach of these Terms may be voided at jieet's discretion.

jieet offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise in its own terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a verified jieet account and meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed.
• Wagering contributions vary by product: sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino bets may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%); certain slot titles and game categories may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements entirely.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any uncompleted wagering requirements and any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited automatically upon expiry.
• jieet operates a one bonus per household / IP address / device policy for welcome and first-deposit bonuses. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• jieet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered through by eligible players at the time of the change.
• Minimum odds requirements apply to sports betting bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum (typically 1.50 / evens or above) will not count toward wagering requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jieet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account on the Platform, or assisting another person in opening an account for the purposes of circumventing these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, access the Platform, or otherwise interact with jieet products without authorisation.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, market, or event offered on jieet.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption involving sporting events listed on the jieet sportsbook.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent payment transactions, or process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jieet staff, support agents, or other users in any communication channel.
• Accessing jieet on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a person who is under 21, self-excluded, or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the jieet platform — including but not limited to the jieet brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — are the exclusive property of jieet or its licensed third-party suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any jieet content without our prior written consent.
• Game content, including slots, live casino streams, and sports data feeds, is provided under licence from third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is subject to those providers' own intellectual property protections.
• Any unauthorised use of jieet's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jieet's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• jieet is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, regardless of the cause or legal theory under which such damages are claimed.
• jieet is not responsible for any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, power disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party system failures.
• jieet's maximum aggregate liability to you for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your jieet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits jieet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

jieet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at /privacy-policy.

• By registering an account, you consent to jieet collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, KYC verification, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).
• jieet uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your financial information is never stored in plain text.
• jieet will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted service partners (payment processors, game providers, fraud detection systems) strictly to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by jieet, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations that require us to retain certain records.

jieet is firmly committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following tools and policies are in place to support players who wish to manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders that notify them of how long they have been active in a single session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension (cool-off period) of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, the account is inaccessible for betting and casino play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request indefinite self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months and cannot be lifted before that period expires, regardless of circumstances.
• 21+ Age Policy: jieet enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years across all products. Suspected underage account access will result in immediate suspension pending verification.

Either you or jieet may close or suspend your account subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your jieet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to those funds.
• Suspension or Closure by jieet: jieet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account without prior notice if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, suspected of fraudulent activity, or if continued account operation poses a risk to jieet, other players, or third parties.
• Upon account closure for Terms violations, jieet reserves the right to forfeit any balance — including deposits and winnings — where those funds are demonstrably connected to the violating activity (such as bonus abuse proceeds or funds deposited via fraudulent payment methods).
• jieet will provide written notification (via your registered email address) of any account suspension or closure, along with a reason where it is legally permissible to provide one.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jieet is registered and operates.

• In the event of a dispute between you and jieet regarding the outcome of a bet, a payment, or any other account matter, you should contact jieet support at [email protected] as the first step in the resolution process.
• jieet commits to responding to all formal disputes within 5 business days of receipt and to making reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
• In the case of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the outcome recorded in jieet's server logs will be considered definitive unless a clear and demonstrable system error can be established.
• Nothing in these Terms prevents you from pursuing any legal remedies available to you under applicable law.

jieet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies when changes are made:

• Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Minor or administrative changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to contact details) may be made without prior notice.
• The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page will be updated each time a new version of these Terms is published. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and to be aware of the current version.
• Your continued use of the jieet platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
